The Challenge
SIA Academy was running its courses across a patchwork of WhatsApp groups, Google Forms, and manual spreadsheets. Enrolment was managed by hand, instructors had no way to track student progress, and billing required manual follow-up on every payment cycle. The academy also had no professional web presence to support its growth and student acquisition.
Our Solution
SIA delivered a marketing landing page to establish SIA Academy's brand and drive enrolment — paired with a full LMS covering course management, video lesson delivery with access controls, quiz and assessment engine, student progress dashboards, and automated enrolment and billing. The platform was delivered across web, mobile app, and desktop, and architected for multi-instructor support and future expansion.
